Shipping Coverage
We ship to all cities and regions within Pakistan.
Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Business Days: Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping:
- Rate: PKR 150
- Delivery Time: 2-3 business days

Free Shipping:
- Eligibility: Orders over PKR 2000
- Delivery Time: 2-5 business days
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.
- The email will contain your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Delivery Issues
- Delayed or Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team at glamlyskincare@gmail.com We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.
- Incorrect Address: Ensure that you provide accurate shipping information. Galmly is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Some remote areas may have longer delivery times.
International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside of Pakistan.
Damages
Glamly is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
